Morso is run by a small, focused team, so most emails get a reply within one business day. Bug reports and account issues are prioritised first.
I found a bug — what should I include?
Send a short description of what you were doing, what you expected to happen, and what happened instead. Screenshots help a lot if the issue is visual.
Can I request a feature?
Yes — feature requests go straight to the product roadmap review. Tell us the problem you're trying to solve, not just the feature, so we can weigh it properly.
