1. Service Description

Morso is an AI-powered microlearning platform that generates personalized courses on any topic. The platform creates bite-sized lessons with interactive quizzes to help you learn efficiently.

2. AI-Generated Content

Course content on Morso is generated by artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. Morso is designed as a supplementary learning tool and should not be relied upon as a sole source of authoritative information. We encourage users to verify important information through additional sources.

3. User Accounts

You must sign in with a Google account to use Morso. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings screen, which permanently removes all your data.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Morso only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to generate courses with harmful, illegal, or offensive content. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or interfere with the platform's operation, or abuse the AI generation system.

5. Intellectual Property

The Morso platform, including its design, code, and branding, is the intellectual property of Morso. AI-generated course content created for your account is provided for your personal educational use. You retain ownership of any original materials you upload or provide as source content.

6. Limitation of Liability

Morso is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to reliance on AI-generated content, data loss, or service interruptions. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid for the service.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by using the Delete Account option in Settings. Upon termination, all your data will be permanently deleted.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes through the app or via email. Continued use of Morso after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
